I also want to mention that Peter Friedman, the head of pre-owned sales was top-notch in every respect. I recently purchased a Certified 2017 Mazda CX-5. They promised to put 2 new tires on the front of vehicle. Made appointment, brought vehicle in to be done. Hala told me it would be done in less than an hour and it was! Great service department! Looking forward to any future service to be done there. Thanks Hala!

Matt and Carlos were amazing! My wife and I knew the Cx-5 was the perfect car for us and the way Matt handled the transaction was soo straightforward, simple and painless. Got a great price, Carlos came by with the car and paper work to our house and we could not be happier with the process. I suspect Carlos knows more about these cars than the guys (robots?) that built it! I put off car shopping for over a year because I was convinced it would be a horrible experience with pushy sales people and little actually test driving. I have been shopping for a car for my son. During this process, I've been to at least 15 car dealers. This dealer has by far been the best to deal with. The salesman was very professional, and not pushy at all. The manager actually took me for a test drive when the salesman was busy the second time I came in. The experience was transparent and up front. Our daughter was on a budget and her experience in her first lease was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They explained the programs features of the vehicle and included all charges broken out so they were visible in the lease. We completed the transaction and took delivery in about 2 hours start to finish including a test drive. The selection was good and there was zero deception.

Mr.Groft is by far the best service person I have ever dealt with.Before I could get out of my car he was there to discuss my concerns and write the car up. I was only there for an oil change and state inspection but was treated like i was spending 1000's Mr. Groft told me my veh would be ready in 1 hour and much to my surprise 55 min later I was driving away completly satisfied. Thank you so much for your prompt service and great cust service I will deal with you and nobody else.

Went in for 15,000 mi maintenance and state inspection. Prompt attention, concise and thorough explanation of what would be done, pleasant environment while waiting for service. This is not my first trip back for routine work, and I have always been treated with respect and courtesy by whatever service person was behind the desk.

For the over all of this place: I have my oil change and 10000 mile maintenance services done in this location. I feel this place is good. I like the design of waiting area for customers, though they need to replace the broken parts of PS2 controllor. They provide nice place for watching Digital TV, coffee, PS2 gaming, tables if you need to do personal things, and area for childrens to play and watch videos. I normally go there in the morning or in the afternoon, not many people are around, so I do not really get to waite too long. ...
