I recently bought a Tundra platinum from this dealership. The Sales employee was named Ian, younger fella learning his way with sales, but did a fantastic job. I was 1.5 away. he sent me a video of the truck showed me all the little scratches etc the truck had; it is a 2017 so blemishes expected. Visited the dealership with a relative who is in the market for a new vehicle. It’s a very nice facility, stands out amongst the other 3 or 4 we ventured to in the Chantilly area. The salesman didn’t look old enough to be working out an auto dealer; however, he was professional and knowledgeable enough to answer all our questions. Bought a car from here back in December 2023. Our sales guy, Tyler H., (Wears glasses, give this guy a raise!!) was incredible. Had my fair share of encounters with salesmen in dealerships and they tend to completely ignore everything we say and just spout out their sales talk to sell. Awesome service department! Our car needed its torque converter replaced. It would take a week to get the part and do the work. During that time, my elderly father fell and broke his hip. He gave a time estimate for the work to be done and offered a car wash and vacuum free of charge. The car wash is supposedly a hand wash so convertibles are ok.
